Curaleaf Holdings, the largest US cannabis company by market value, announced a deal of 950 million dollars last Wednesday to buy cannabis company Cura Partners, which makes cannabis oil. The deal comes a few weeks after Canadian marijuana giant Canopy Growth has announced an acquisition of Acreage Holdings of $ 3,4 billion.
