The Charlotte's Web deal isn't the first CBDdistribution agreement for Miami-based Southern Glazer's: Tilray Brands subsidiary Fresh Hemp Foods signed a US distribution agreement with Southern Glazer's this summer. Canopy Growth Corp. signed a US distribution agreement for its cannabidiol drinks with Southern Glazer's in 2021.
