Stoneos cannabis cookies

In America, many copycats of existing foods are in circulation, but with cannabis as an addition. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) now want to ban them.

Six companies that make snacks with the active ingredient cannabis must stop immediately. Including Stoneos that mimic Oreo cookies.

Cannabis copycats

Lawsuits have already been filed against companies that market these products. For example, Skittles sued the Terphogz company, which sold THC candy under the name Zkittlez. There have been countless examples in recent years. These copycats often have an enormous appeal to children and young people and often look too much like the 'normal' variant of the snacks. They are often relatively innocent edibles with a low dose. However, there are also candies and cookies in circulation online to which a lot of THC has been added.
