Owner, Kaj Hollemans, has been involved in the formulation and implementation of Dutch policy. KHLA advises the House of Representatives, municipalities and universities, among others, and provides legal, strategic or policy advice. As a former senior policy officer at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, he has gained a lot of experience and contributed to recent amendments to the Tobacco and Smoking Products Act, the Liquor and Catering Act and the Opium Act.
